Privacy Policy

This policy covers joriaomt.com and messages you send Joria OMT ("Joria OMT," "we," "us"). Health information has its own, more detailed policy: the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy. Where the two differ for health information, that policy applies.

What we collect

Information you give us

• The discovery-call form: your name, phone number, email, who the call is for (you, your child, or someone else), which days and times suit you, and your choices about calls, texts, and emails.
• Health answers, only if you agree. The form asks what you're noticing, how long it's been going on, and what you'd like to feel different. Those answers are sent to us only if you tick the health-information consent box. If you leave it unticked, they never leave your browser.
• Anything you send us directly, by email, phone, or text.

Information collected automatically

• How you found the site: the page you first landed on, the site that referred you, and campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source). This is kept in your own browser for 30 days, and sent with the form if you submit it.
• Bot protection: when you use the form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you're a person, using your IP address and browser signals.
• Server logs: our web host records each request, including IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time. These logs are kept for up to one year for security and troubleshooting.

We don't use analytics services, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies. The site's fonts are served from our own host, not a third party.

How we use it

• To respond to you and set up your free discovery call.
• To prepare for the call and, if you become a client, to provide services.
• To contact you by phone, text, or email about your request, as you agreed to on the form.
• To send occasional news or offers, only if you ticked the optional marketing box.
• To keep the site secure and working.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with service providers who handle it on our behalf, under contract, for the purposes above:

• ProspectifAI, which operates the system that receives the form and stores contact records, on Amazon Web Services in the United States.
• Amazon Web Services, which hosts this website and that system.
• Cloudflare, for bot protection on the form and for our domain's DNS.
• The phone, text, and email providers we use to reply to you.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety.

Text messages

If you agree to receive texts, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We don't share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Email

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. To stop other emails from us, reply and ask, or write to Joria@JoriaOMT.com.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as we need it to respond to you and, if you become a client, for as long as we need it for your care and our records. You can ask us to delete it at any time (below).

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also withdraw any consent you gave, including to texts, marketing, or the use of your health information. Write to Joria@JoriaOMT.com. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we'll respond within 45 days. If we deny a request, you can appeal by replying to our answer.

Children

Joria works with children, but this site is for parents and guardians. A parent or guardian should fill in the form for a child. We don't knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Security

Information is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to contact records is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send payment details through the form or by email.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use information you've already given us, we'll ask for your consent where the law requires it.
